Open AIR Mini - Ducobox Reno Variant

What is it?

The Open AIR Mini is an open-source controller designed for Ducobox and Orcon ventilation systems.

This version is specifically made for the Ducobox RENO.

It allows seamless integration of your ventilation system with home automation platforms like Home Assistant, giving you smarter and more efficient control.

The Open AIR Mini can also work with other ventilation systems, as long as they use a compatible motor. For details, see the compatibility section

Open AIR Mini for Reno Systems

• Comes with a built-in RH sensor on the PCB.Currently, no external sensors are supported this will be added in a future software update.

• The onboard RH sensor may show a slightly higher temperature due to PCB heat. You can apply an offset in Home Assistant or ESPHome.

• ESPHome does not support running both Wi-Fi and Ethernet at the same time — you need to (re)program the device to switch between them

• Support Perilex and if a "3-standen schakelaar" is used the status can be read in HA.

RF functionality found in original Orcon and Duco systems is not supported.
